Elliot Bily
Principle
After graduating from New York University's Stern School of Business with a degree in Management and Organizational Behavior, Mr. Bily decided to start a business with his life long friends. A unique opportunity arose to start PC Med Center and Elliot decided to jump into it full time.
Mr. Bily's responsibilities include running the day to day activites as well as marketing the business. His responsibilities have grown from starting the business to handeling the over flow of computer work. He has even gone through extensive training to be able to handle the computer repair jobs that come in and the in office advanced networking installations
Justin Defilippis

Mike Tamigi
Principle
Michael Tamigi graduated with a degree in engineering mechanics from Virginia Tech. While studying at Virginia Tech he spent extensive time in the various laboratories (biomechanics, fluid dynamics, materials) interpreting data, analyzing and filtering it through a computer. For his graduation project he was involved in founding Virginia Tech’s running robot team, where he developed and implemented many robotic control systems during the project, responsible for standing balance, and actuation of joints.
While at PC Med Center Mike is responsible for the maintaining local domain used and is also, in charge of standard operating procedures used in the office. Also, while at PC Med Center he is one of the top on call service technicians that service the residential and commercial computers of Orange County.
Ryan Newsome
Software Engineer
Mr. Newsome is responsible for leading web and software development initatives at PCMedCenter. His team is responsible for the development of websites, custom software solutions, as well as assessing new cutting-edge technology trends.
Mr. Newsome comes to us with a broad engineering and project management background in array of technology solutions for various healthcare leaders including practice management systems, electronic medical records, PACS, and clinical document management. Mr Newsome has also been a consultant for many years in Customer Relationship Management Solutions along with other Sales and Marketing technology initiatives. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Siena College and hold various Certifications in CRM and Healtcare Solutions.
